Privacy Policy

Who we are
QuickPunt (“we”, “us”) is a football prediction website operated by Bancroft, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For any privacy or data matter, contact [email protected]. A postal address for the data controller is available on request.
The short version
We do not require an account and we do not ask you for personal information. Our analytics are privacy-friendly and cookie-free, and collect no personal data. We set no tracking cookies of our own on the public site.
What we collect
From public visitors: nothing directly. There is no sign-up, login, or form that asks for personal data on the public site. We do not sell or share personal data, because we do not collect it.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that is cookie-free and does not collect personal data or track you across websites. It records aggregated, anonymous usage only (such as page views, referring sites, and country-level location) to help us understand which content is useful. Because it sets no cookies and stores no personal data, no analytics consent banner is required. See Plausible’s data policy.
Cookies
The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The restricted admin area, used only by the operator, uses a single strictly-necessary session cookie for login; it is never served to public visitors.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links to third-party bookmakers. If you follow one, you leave QuickPunt and the destination site’s own privacy policy and terms apply. We may receive a commission — see our Terms & Disclaimer. We do not receive your personal data from these bookmakers.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights including access to, correction of, and erasure of your personal data. As we hold no personal data about public visitors there is normally nothing to action, but you are welcome to contact us at [email protected] with any request or question.
If you are unhappy with how we handle a data matter, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
